I got 50 in jee main and my rank is 14531 in sc catagory . Can I apply for jee advance?

According to the jee-main result, the cutoff is 29 for SC category student.if you got 50 marks then you definitely qualified for the jee-advance exam.
jee-advance application form filling dates are 2 may 2018 - 7 may 2018.
