Maha,
In 50% percentile i don't think you will be able to clear the cut off for jee advanced if you belong to general category .
In order to get IIT you need to clear the cut off of jee mains which varies from year to year but it is around 95 marks (approx) each year.
Then you need to give jee advanced and apply for josaa counselling. Then you will be allotted a swat in IIT according to your rank.
From this 50% percentile you won't get anything.
50 percent marks is too low to qualify for JEE Advance, you should start preparing for other engineering Entrance Examinations such as BITSAT, AIEEE etc.
Or you can also take an year drop and join some good coaching institute and start preparing again for IIT JEE MAINS & ADVANCE and other engineering Entrance Examinations again.
Choice is yours, choose the option which satisfies you best.
Good Luck
Hii Maha,
First of all your JEE MAINS score is low. And to get admission in IITs you have to give JEE ADVANCED.The rank and score of JEE ADVANCED will decide which college you will get.Its very tough exam and you should prepare for it and if you didn't qualify this year then don't worry, you should take a year drop .
All the best.
