I got 50 marks in EAPCET and got 591 out of 600 marks then approximate rank
Hello Dear Student,
The calculation shown is based on the old 75% EAPCET + 25% Intermediate weightage formula that many websites still reference.
However, there are sources indicating that AP EAPCET ranks are now being determined solely from EAPCET scores, with Intermediate marks used only for eligibility and tie-breaking purposes.
Using recent AP EAPCET marks-vs-rank analyses, 50 marks out of 160 generally corresponds to an expected rank of roughly 25,000–30,000 , while 40–49 marks is often associated with 30,000–40,000 ranks .
So, if your score is:
- EAPCET: 50/160
- IPE: 591/600
a reasonable estimate would be around 25,000–35,000 rank , though the actual rank can vary due to normalization across shifts and overall candidate performance.
The exact rank can only be known from the official AP EAPCET rank card.
