i got 50.22 percentile in jan 2020 of sc category i am eligible for advance 2020

Hello,
For appearing in jee advance it is necessary to score 85 percentile. But with your percentile you are not eligible for advance and also you cannot get any government college.
But you should for the state counselling because there are many private colleges who can give seats.
