Although, it is difficult to predict the qualifying marks for JEE Advanced but with 50 percentile score in the JEE Main exam, chances would be less to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam.
JEE Main exam is to be coonducted again in April and I would suggest you to appear for the April exam and try to improve your scores in that attempt.
