I got 51.10 %ile in jee mains from SC quota and my CRL rank is 604177 and Sc rank is 47012. So can i get NIT college Or gov. College in mah.

At this rank its very difficult to get nit and also government college in Maharashtra.
So you can try from other exams like MH CET or particular colleges Admissions test.
