I got 515 marks , which collage I can apply?

Yes,  515 marks are very good score in NEET UG. Cutt off score usually ranges from 697-131 (50th percentile) for General Category and 130-107 (40th percentile) for SC/ST/BC. Apply for your conselling in the colleges of your choice and you will definitely easily get into a government college.

Please specify your category as well as your home state as they play a vital role in admissions. If you belong to obc or SC/ST category then you can easily get a government seat but if you're general then you can only get private medical colleges with this score under All India Quota however you can get government college under state quota.
