Panic Not, Its just tenth. Try getting into a stream you wish to later study. You would have to work hard for the next two years until you complete twelfth. its 12th that woudl decided your career. You need to relax your mind now and selct a stream you would want to pusue. Focus on it and soon you would recover and strive hard to get about 80% in 12th.
