I got 52 percentile in mht cet and 80 percentile in jee mains. Can I get admission in engineering college in mumbai?

Yes you will get seat in engineering college in mumbai via both of the exams. But I suggested to that going through josaa (jee ) counselling, that you have better option. Otherwise you have an extra option that was mhcet.
