Hello aspirant,
Shanmugha Art science Technology and research institute formally known as Sastra university is a deemed university in Tamil Nadu and yes you can apply for Sastra university. In it around 30% weitage is given to 10+2 marks and around 70% to jee mains marks .If you are general category one, you can definately get an admission on the basis of 10+2 level otherwise even jee main percentile will work out .
