I got 52percentile and iam obc can i qualify the jee mains

The exact prediction would be difficult about the qualifying cutoff & exact rank. But as per the previous year cutoff, this score seems not enough to qualified the exam as OBC category. The chances are also less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs. You can go for the state level counselling. To know your admission possibilities in state level counsellling you can use JEE Main College Predictor tool given below.
I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again if you wish to get a seat in NIts, IIITs & GFTIs.
