I got 53% in 12th and 144 marks in pcb group i need 6 marks for 50% in pcb.So can i get addmission in medical courses? ?

50% PERCENTILE IN 2018 WAS 119 (out of 720) FOR GENERAL CATEGORY.

unless you have got an aggregate of 50% in each of physics, chemistry and biology in your class 12 board examinations you cannot appear for neet so as you say you have got 6 marks short possibly you will not be fulfilling the neet eligibility criteria and does not be able to sit for neet

Qualifying Exam
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
Qualifying Marks
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
