If you are referring to the NITs and IIITs in Warangal and Hyderabad, then unfortunately you have no chances of getting into them. Although you can look for private engineering colleges in the above mentioned cities.

Yes, there are some good private colleges in Warangal and Hyderabad accepting jee score for admission. You can apply to them. But you won't get admission to government colleges on this percentile as your rank will not match their criteria.
