It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the qualify marks or rank as For the first time JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA. But a score of more than 85 percentile scored by the candidates might be eligible for JEE Advance.

Based on this score your probable rank will be 509,803 - 574,803, With this rank the chances are very less to qualify. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April session exam again.
