I got 53000 rank in which Branch I can get in vellore?

A rank of approximately 50,000 in VITEEE 2019 cannot get you a seat in the popular branches at VIT Vellore campus.
You might get production and industrial engineering seat.
You must try for Chennai campus. But there too chances seem quite low.

Best option is, go for VIT BHOPAL and VIT AMARAVATI Campuses. These are the newer campuses and hence cutoffs are quite low here.
At Bhopal you can get almost any branch.
At Amaravati too you'll get most of the branches.
