I got 53.6 percentile in jee mains 2019 am I qualified or not I am OBC category student

It would be difficult to tell you the qualifying cutoff as JEE Main 2019 exam would be conducted twice a year by NTA for the first time. However, this is a low percentile score and chances might be less to qualify for the Advanced exam with this percentile.
As the exam is to be conducted again in April, you should appear for the JEE Main April attempt.
