i got 54.6 percentage in 12th board ..may i appear in nimcet exam??

NIMCET eligibility criteria 2019:
Categories
General, OBC
ST, SC
Minimum marks
60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale
55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale

Hello Madam, I think the criteria of 60% for gen and obc ,55% for other is only for graduation .There is nothing mention in notification that you should have 60% at your 12th or 10th.
