I got 5471percentile in jee mains iam boy and oobc PWD student can I get cse in top 10 nit

It is quite difficult to get CSE in all top 10 NITs on such percentile and even after having PwD benefit you have good chances in some good NITs like :-

NIT Surat

NIT Jamshedpur

NIT Jaipur

NIT Rourkela
