I got 55000 rank in jee mains and 85 percent in board which NITs or GFTIs can I get

According to your rank in jee mains, following GFTI's you can apply for-
1. Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur (Industrial and Production Engineering Branch)
2. Assam University, Silchar (Agricultural Engineering)
3. Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (Food Technology Branch)
It will be tough for you to get any NIT since your rank is not less than 30000.

You won't be able to get into any NIT with this rank. For any NIT your rank must be under 30k. However, you might get some state colleges of your home state and also some low GFTIs. Update your state and category and I will suggest you colleges best suited for your profile.
