AP EAMCET not only considers the EAMCET score it also considers the IPE percentage.
Your rank we will be equal to 25% of IPE marks and 75% of EAMCET score.
Rank = 25%(IPE)+ 75%( EAMCET)

Could you please specify below 20 thousand of what in fees then it's possible if you get some kind of fees waver scheme going for you cause i've a couple of my friends who registered for total fees waver scheme and had their fees reduced to a few thousand only.
