I got 5607 rank inME, 611 score , 58.39 marks, what opportunities i have?

At this rank, you cannot get call from PSUs and older IITs, but i think you may get call from newer IITs and some of the NITs. But that will also depend on your category. Some of the IITs conduct written exam and interview, so inspite of having less marks in Gate there are chances to get IITs by performing well in interview and written.

Gate ME paper is accepted in many departments other than mechanical like applied mechanics , industrial engineering etc. Go through the departments websites of the institutes. There are institutes like NITIE and some CSIR labs which works on ME and its allied branches.

You can apply for other colleges also like COE Pune, VJIT Mumbai,Jadhavpur University, etc.

If you are a final year student then you can try one more time. Some people thought that its better to accept a low rank college than to drop a year, but in long journey of life that one year doesn't matter much. At the end of the day, what will matter is your success. So, if you believe in yourself and think that you can do better then start preparing for it, you will surely succeed.
