I got 78 percentile in mains and I belongs to OBC category and in class 12 I scored 93.5%. Am I eligible to get admissions in NIT.

To get admissions for a B. Tech Degree from Any NIT you need to qualify jee mains. Jee mains mandates 75 percent marks in class 12 th, so you are not eligible to get admissions in nit in 2022. You can give improvement and increase your marks so that you can apply next year.
