I got 566 marks air 17703. I'm from rajasthan. Can i get addmission in maharishi markandeshwar medical college solan,Himachal Pradesh.

Maharishi Markendeswar Medical College is a Private Medical College. Until this year the 15% All India Quota was restricted to Government Medical Colleges only. From this year, it is also being extended to Private Medical Colleges. As this is a Pilot year for All India Quota for Private Medical Colleges we do not have a cut off yet. However in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for this college under various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 408
OBC: 306
SC: 296
ST: 343
On a general note, All India Quota cut offs are higher than State Quotas. Going with that notion, 566 marks is a decent score to try through All India Quota for this college. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Am sorry for the information, Raman. Private Colleges arent participating this year as well in All India Counselling. So if you hold a non UP Domicile but want to join this colege, it is only through Management Quota. Apologies for the miscommunication.
