I got 570 marks and OBC Rank is 6213.Is there any chance in Govt.Medical colleges in Kerala?Or in National Quota?

Well you have good marks on your side. The category of yours will also help you.
This marks in combination with your category is a good option for you to get a government medical college seat in government medical colleges through state quota.
Through AIQ the chances are quite low but still you can opt for both.
