I got 575 marks in NEET, Can I get government medical college..???

Hi ,575 is a good score but you have not mentioned your category or college of interest and the state to which you belong. So it's a bit difficult to come to any conclusion without that . With these marks you  have fair chances of getting a seat in colleges in uttar pradesh as last year least marks to secure a seat in government medical college under 85% up state quota was 573 in autonomous medical college bahraich . But remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
