I got 58.56percentile in jeemains? And i m from general category, so can i register for counselling?

Hello sudha,
Consider your percentile and category,your rank is quite low.
According to JoSAA , the candidates who have not scored above cut off for JEE mains can not apply for counseling.
For general categories the cut off are set to 89 percentile.
So you have not qualified for JEE Advanced and the participating colleges have this cut off for their admission.
Thus you can not apply for counseling.

No, It has not started yet
It is about to start in a quick time.
JoSAA is going to begin it from June 2019 and it will end on about july 15 .
