No. You can't use NATA score to apply in IIT advanced. You need to qualify JEE mains and then clear JEE advanced to get into IIT. NATA can be used in other colleges of architecture.

Tqs alot for u r information but u already attempted jee mains paper 2 and my score is 58.66% and now I am applying for NATA 2019 exam second attempt

You need to clear JEE paper 1and then clear JEE advanced to apply in IIT, otherwise with NATA you can apply in other colleges except IIT and NIT
