Hello Rekha,
Your rank in IPU CET for B.Com (Hons.) is not quite well in GNGNO (Outside Delhi General Candidate). There is very little or no chance for you to get admission in any of the colleges affiliated to GGSIPU. Last year the closing rank for any college was 4526 in 3rd round. If there is any college with vacant seats left at the end of counselling, you may get seat in that college in spot round of counselling.
