I got 59 marks in jee mains exam,how can i apply for government collages in haryana

You have less chances in government colleges based on your marks you can try for private colleges.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. most of the states have reservation for other state studnets in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. you need to apply separately for them.
