I got 59.96 percentile and 35783 rank in jee mains 2019 in sc category and I qualified .Which nit(GOVT)will give me free seat in ece branch?

According to last years ranking system you can get electronics and communication engineering at National institute of technology sikkim with such a rank in the scheduled caste category. No other NIT might offer such a branch at such a rank. However you may try other universities too. Link attached for further reference
