I got 60% in boards should I give improvement exam or I should go ahead with this score,and I want electronics and communication in clg which institutes will be best pls suggest.

see its depends on you whether you want to increase score or stay with this score, since you have 60% marks , you are eligible to apply for all private and state government engineering sector,now some of top ranked companies like tata steel, general electric, siemens wants 70% marks in 10+2 course.
so I would suggest you if you want to pursue engineering , please go for tier 1 colleges for good placement opportunity.
