Well I believe even for an ST candidate you don't hold a qualifying marks for JEE advanced.
And since you are not qualifying it then I would say to forget about rank and also even the marks which you have scored. As these marks would help you in getting no such college.
I would recommend you to look for the colleges which recruits on the basis of JEE mains scorecard.

According to our experts the cutoff marks will be around 127 in jee advanced. So with 60 marks you don't even have chance to get qualified. So you may not get rank and any seat in any IITs. But wait for official result.
