i got 60 percentage in jee mains obc category which b tech colleges i get

Even considering your category, you have little chance at getting into some of the top engineering colleges like IIIT, NIT or GFTI. In my opinion you should go for the colleges in you state with a better Branch. You even have one another option that you can go for NITs but the branch you will be getting there will not be that overrated that you will get in the other in-state engineering colleges,
