i got 60 percentile in JEE and I am with ST category......can I get anything decent??

No, 60 percentile in JEE Mains is not a decent result, in 60 percentile you don't have good chances to get any NITs and IIITs.

As you are from caste category then you have the chances to get a good one otherwise with this percentile it is not possible to get any government colleges. So I suggest choose your preferable colleges and go for the counsellings. In any case you have not any good one then go for the autonomous and private colleges.
