Congrats for your score first. Yes with this score you are under 94-95% percentile already. The vet collges have definitely high cut off but that too varies every year. There are only 15% seats of vet all over india so the competition gets quite tough here. For general category you already need 400+ as per 2019 analysis.
The 15% aiq is only for unreserved general/ obc/st /sc/nt caste. So you have to mention your state here for letting know the cut off. Check the link below for prediction of the college you will be fit into for further queries.
