Dear Aspirant,
I am very sorry to say that your percentile is very low and you are from general carry as well, so don't expect government colleges for yourself. You should try for some good private colleges. Give other entrance exams like VITEEE, COMEDK, SRMJEEE etc. Still you should check out your chances in different colleges. I am providing you a link which will help you in doing that.
