A BA is a Bachelor of Arts degree. First be sure about why you want to switch from the Science stream.

Once you are sure, decide on a subject like English/Sociology/Pol. Sc.

Then fill in the application form of your desired college, appear for an entrance exam if there is one, and be present on the day of counselling with your important documents.
