First be clear whether it's 63%or percentile because NTA has released only percentile till now.If it's percentile, then nothing can't be said at this moment because no ranking is given yet.It will only be after the april session of mains.So I guess you have to wait till the second session.If it's%,that means your marks is around 226,well that's definitely a good score to get you into NIT.So just be clear if it's percentile or percentage.Hope this helps.
