JoSAA release the institute-wise cutoff for various courses in the form of ranks. So, if you could share your rank we could give you a better answer.
Also, please note that the cutoff varies across NITs and also depends on the course you want to pursue. For example, the cutoff for CSE and Civil would be different even if you apply to the same institute, say NIT Calicut.

It has the subject-wise cutoff ranks for courses offered by the NITs.

Yeah!There is a chance of getting seat in NIT's as your SC category.Check the cutoff of NIT's previously to get clear idea.

Your score in jee mains is a bit low to fetch you any top branches in any of the NITs or IIITs.But you can expect some Low ranked NITs like NIT MIZORAM,SIKKIM,etc aacordin to your marks in jee mains under sc category.
