i got 63 percent in class 12 but 2340 general rank and 320 sc rank is i am eligible for jossa counselling

Hello,
I am sorry, but according to the joint seat allocation authority (JoSAA)) for being eligible for counselling, in the scheduled caste category, you need at least 65% marks in boards. Since it is less than that you are not eligible for counselling.
However, do not be upset. There are many private colleges which will let you take admission with your boards score. There are many other options open as well. Try out something else!
