Sorry to say but 63 percentile is very less to get any good government college through Jossa.
You should try to get into some good private college or try state government colleges through state exam.
You should apply for Dayalbagh Engineering,Agra. It ranks in under 100 in MHRD NIRF ranking and admission process is still going on.
