From the information we get from the experts that 85 will be the cutoff percentile for the general category. For OBC it may be around 70-80 so I think it is difficult to get the seat in nit or to qualify for the advanced . Not to worry you will be having one more chance in April . I request you to improve your percentile in that exam so that you will be having more chances to get seat in nits or to qualify for the advanced.
