I got 638 rank. State M.P. general quota female. What are my chances for CSE in RV college

Hope you are doing well. First of all Congratulations for securing such a wonderful rank in COMED-K 2019. But sorry to inform you that even this rank is not enough to get CSE in R.V. College Of Engineering. Previous year the cutoff ranking for CSE at RVCE was 417 after second round of seat allotment. This year it will not increase but it may decrease. So your chance of getting CSE in RVCE is approximately zero. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
