I got 64000 in Ap EAMCET and I am having NCC A certificate and I belong to SC category pls suggest the best jntua to choose and I want ECE ?

According to your rank and category, you may not get ECE branch in JNTU's except JNTUA Pulivendula.
You can get JNTU's for your rank but for different branches.
JNTU Kalikiri----Food Technology
JNTU Kakinada---- Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering
You may refer the following colleges for your rank for ECE branch:
Adikavi Nannaya University
Bapatla Engineering College
Sri Krishnadevaraya University
Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology and Science
