I got 64.5 in class 12 and now I read in college to english honors but then what is my right decision
For university teaching , you don't need BEd, you can apply for NET as well as SET in order to become Assistant Professon in college. Both these choices are very good and provide a very good salary too.
English (Hons) is a pretty good subject to pursue in graduation, if you've inclination towards teaching, then you can complete your Master's Degree further and do BEd in order to be eligible for teaching in school. You can appear for CTET and if your qualify this, you can apply for KVS,Navodaya Vidyalaya and similar schools, nowadays many top private schools too recruit teacher based on this score.
You can also apply for government exams like UPSC, State PSCs, SSC CGL, SBI PO, SBI Clerk, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, RBI Assistant, RBI Grade B, NABARD Grade B etc, even insurance companies recruit Assistant and AAO posts for LIC, GIC, NIACL etc.
You can also pursue higher studies in management by doing MBA in general or specialized such as Finance, Human Resource, Marketing or whatever field you find interesting. You need to appear for exams like CAT,NMAT,SNAP,XAT,CMAT etc. This will further increase prospects in the domain of private sector.
So, there are many avenues to explore, just find where your interest lie and choose accordingly.
All the best!
