I got 64873 in jee so,where do i get seat in NIT .and i'm from AP and i'm OBC-NCL

Since you have secured 64873 common list rank in jee main and you are lying under OBC-ncl category. You will not get a seat in NIT Andhra Pradesh due to low rank.
But you may get admission in Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar for cse stream which is also a good college.
