Hello,
There is Boards qualifying criteria for admission in IITs and NITs. If you are from CBSE Boards, then you must secure at least 75 percentage, considering you are a student from general criteria. For SC/ST students, securing 65 percentage in CBSE Class 12th boards is a must criteria. For students from other boards, they should be in top 20 percentile of their respective boards. So if you are from CBSE Boards and your aggregate percentage of five subjects(not only PCM) is 75 percentage or more, then you are eligible for admission in IITs.

Yes the official information about the percentage in PCM With atleast 75% and an other percentage is available for SC/St category 65% but your percentage is 64% according to my assistance it is difficult to write the exam
