Firstly, congratulations on your result that's a great effort from you. Coming to your query, as per the specified scores of your IPE and EAMCET your rank would be around 30,000. Your category doesn't have any effect on the rank, it only effects the seat allotment. The specified rank may not be the exact one, it may vary as per the difficulty in the paper and no of students appeared for the exam.
