I got 65 percentile in jee mains and 93% in boards pcm can I get a good engineering college with them

So the chances for you to get admissions in nit are scarce
Still you can pursue your b. Tech from some other good private colleges like

Where the seats is not an issue and these colleges have dedicated placement cell as well
