i got 65 percentile,4 lakhs in crl and 29811 rank in sc category. I qualified in mains. Can i get seat in any NIT'S or any IIT'S?

Congratulations for clearing jee mains.
First of all for getting any seat in IIT you need to do well and qualify jee advanced. If we talk about nits and IIITs , there are chances that you will get IIITs like Jabalpur , Una, Vadodara etc. But nits will be very difficult.
Or you may get into some north east nits with any lower branch.
